Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 12123 platform or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to open your own account. 12123 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
- Any disputes raised shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bangladesh judiciary.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali and English versions of these terms, the Bengali version shall prevail.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To use the platform, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each individual may only operate one account. Providing false or misleading information entitles 12123 to close the account immediately.
Password & Access
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If unauthorized access occurs, notify 12123 immediately. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out under their account.
Identity Verification
For security purposes, 12123 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. This is in place to protect all users.
Account Suspension & Closure
12123 reserves the right to suspend or close any account due to breach of terms, suspected fraud, or other legal grounds. Where possible, users will be notified before any account closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Guidelines
Every user is responsible for complying with the following when using the 12123 platform:
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful activities.
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Not to attempt to artificially influence the outcome of any bet or game.
- Not to abuse bonuses or promotions by opening multiple accounts.
- Not to attempt to introduce malware or malicious code into the platform's systems.
- Not to engage in discriminatory or harassing behavior toward other users.
In the event of any violation of the above provisions, 12123 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any associated funds.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 12123 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though accounts undergoing verification may require additional time.
Bonus & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Once a bonus is credited, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Each offer has its own validity period, and any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry. 12123 reserves the right to investigate at any time to ensure bonuses are used fairly.
Fraud Prevention
If any transaction is found to be fraudulent, the associated account will be closed immediately and the full balance forfeited. Relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities if required.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
12123 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. The company is also not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, network issues, or third-party faults. However, prompt steps will be taken to restore services as quickly as possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12123 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and game content — is protected under the company's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes beyond personal use.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 12123 platform may occasionally reference third-party services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, for which 12123 bears no responsibility. Users are advised to review the relevant terms before using any such services.
Changes to Terms
12123 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
